Human Rights Policy
The Company strictly complies with all applicable local laws and regulations at its global operating locations and recognizes and adheres to internationally recognized human rights conventions, including but not limited to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the United Nations Convention on the Abolition of Forced Labour, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the ILO Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy.
In addition, the Company has established relevant policies to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of its employees.

In 2025, the Company also implemented human rights protection–related training programs for employees, with a total of 2,360 training hours completed by 1,048 participants.
Looking ahead, the Company will continue to monitor human rights–related issues and promote relevant education and training initiatives to enhance human rights awareness and reduce the likelihood of associated risks.
