The Company’s production sites include **TOP SPORTS TEXTILE LTD. (TSP)** and **TOP SPORTS TEXTILE VIETNAM CO., LTD. (TSPV)**. Both sites have obtained **ISO 45001:2018 certification** (TSP’s certificate is valid from July 31, 2023, to July 30, 2026; TSPV’s certificate is valid from May 12, 2025, to May 11, 2028). Going forward, certifications will be regularly renewed, and an **Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Committee** will be established based on these standards. Implementation of management measures will adhere to the principles of **“Safety First, Prevention-Oriented, and Comprehensive Management.

Proactive Prevention

Organize HSE risk identification activities across all workshops and departments, and establish corresponding preventive measures to ensure that occupational safety responsibilities are implemented at both departmental and individual levels.

Process Control

Regular safety inspections are conducted on machinery and equipment, fire safety and electricity usage, labor protection, and chemical storage and transportation, with the HSE Committee tracking and revising corrective measures. The company regularly organizes employee health check-ups and provides a medical room with on-site medical personnel to offer daily healthcare, maternal and child care, and emergency treatment services. HSE meetings are held periodically to review and track the effectiveness of implemented measures.

6S Workplace Discipline Training

The **6S Committee** establishes the 6S work system, inspection checklists, and a scoring and reward-punishment framework, and provides training for department supervisors and frontline employees. The management status of 6S in each workshop is evaluated monthly, with key 6S risks in the factory presented through a risk map to raise awareness and participation across all levels. This process cultivates and maintains employees’ strong 6S workplace discipline.

Emergency Response

In 2025, TSP and TSPV organized first-aid training for 20 and 28 employees, respectively, who obtained certification. The ratio of trained personnel to production staff was approximately 1:46 for TSP and 1:18 for TSPV, providing protection for employee safety. The company has established HSE-related emergency response plans, clearly identifying responsible personnel for each measure, providing timely guidance, controlling the development of incidents, minimizing losses, and reducing social impact.

In 2025, TSP and TSPV experienced no fires. Both sites are equipped with complete fire safety facilities, and personnel possess high fire awareness and proficient skills. Each site has an internal part-time fire brigade, with 45 members at TSP and 36 members at TSPV, responsible for identifying fire hazards, maintaining firefighting equipment, organizing fire drills, and responding to fire emergencies. TSP and TSPV each conduct two comprehensive fire drills per year covering all employees, shifts, and areas. Additionally, government authorities or third-party agencies perform annual inspections of all factory fire facilities. Through these measures, the company effectively prevents fires and minimizes potential losses to people and property.
